LACOR HOME WARRANTY POLICY
LACOR HOME products are quality crafted products designed to stand the regular handlings of any home kitchen.
All LACOR HOME products are covered for any manufacturer’s defects. Minor imperfections, surface markings as a result of shipping, and slight color variations are not to be considered manufacturer’s defects.
This warranty does NOT cover damage from misuse or abuse such as excessive heat, improper storage, thermal shock, accidental damage, improper cleaning, neglect, alteration, fire, theft, or use in a commercial establishment. For proper care and maintenance for your LACOR HOME product, please refer to the specific care instructions provided under each product’s FAQs.
LACOR HOME will replace any item found defective in material or workmanship when put to normal household use and cared for according to the instructions.
Defective cookware will be replaced free of charge with a similar product, or one of equivalent value if the original product is no longer available. Please note that in the case of a set, only the faulty item will be replaced.

Non Stick Cookware (TRIMETAL & FERRUM PANS)
Non-Stick cookware comes with a 2-year limited warranty. Improper storage, like unprotected stacking, and improper use and care are not covered. Use of medium heat or higher, exposure to temperatures above 500F, metal utensils, dishwasher use, or exposure to heat while empty will void warranty. LACOR HOME’s non-stick coating is professional grade, but no coating will last a lifetime and normal depreciation from use is expected and not covered under warranty.
Limitations:
LACOR HOME’s sole and exclusive liability under this warranty, and the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. LACOR HOME shall not be liable for any other damages, including, without limitation, special, incidental or consequential damages. In no event will LACOR HOME’s liability exceed the purchase price paid by the consumer for the product(s) at issue. Any oral or written description of a product is for the sole purpose of identifying it and shall not be construed as an express warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, or country to country.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty, Sukalde Brands, LLC dba “LACOR HOME” warrants to the consumer or the entity who or which is the initial purchaser or, in the case of a gift, to the initial consumer recipient of this LACOR HOME product (“you” or “your”) that such product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions (as described). Warranty: This Warranty covers: (a) all parts of this product (except as noted above) and (b) defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and conditions in the United States of America. For purposes of this Warranty, “normal use and conditions” means use and conditions that (i) are in connection with appropriate culinary purposes as intended by LACOR HOME and (ii) are not described in whole or part in the exclusions outlined in the next part of this Warranty.
Exclusions
LACOR HOME products are are quality crafted products, but are not indestructible, so each of the following is excluded from this Warranty: (1) Injuries and damage (including without limitation bent tips, chipped or broken blades and melted handles) caused by or resulting from in whole or part any or all of the following: modification(s) not authorized by LACOR HOME, misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of God (including without limitation fire, tornados, hurricanes or earthquakes), accident, inappropriate use (including without limitation cutting frozen foods or bones, opening jars or cans and cutting on dense surfaces (such as cooling racks, glass, granite and stainless steel).
